Sabrina Silk Gown

I was very gratefully donated an old silk [which I presume to be ] tablecloth, which spanned nearly 8 meters! The yardage was monumental, so I wanted to start with a regency-inspired gown, using the natural structure of the fabric to assist in it holding its shape. The inspiration stemmed from current media costume, with Sabrina Carpenter's recent tour and Part 1 of Season 4 of Bridgerton being released a few weeks prior. I had lots of red beads left over from a project from university and chose to embellish around a heart cutout in the centre front and along the hems of the neck & arms.
